For tenants wanting to reserve a property we require a holding fee of one weeks rent, this will secure the property while the tenant(s) go through referencing and landlord approval. A damage deposit of 5 weeks rent is also payable upon commencement of the lease, to be held by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme which protects both the tenant and the landlord. The rent will be paid monthly in advance.
Our deposits are held securely in The Tenants Deposit Scheme (TDS) which protects both tenants and landlords.
